No Unsolicited Submissions

APELLC does not accept, review, or consider any unsolicited submissions—whether scripts, treatments, or other creative materials—sent through our website, emails, or any other channels. Any materials submitted without our express prior consent shall be deemed unsolicited. In the event any APELLC-financed or produced project bears similarity to elements within such unsolicited materials, APELLC shall not be liable for any alleged infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.

Officially Greenlit Projects

Only projects that have been formally approved (greenlit) by APELLC will be publicly posted on our official website. Any claim or representation of APELLC’s involvement in projects not listed on our website is unsubstantiated and not endorsed by APELLC. We disclaim any responsibility or liability arising from third-party claims regarding APELLC’s purported affiliation with such unlisted projects.

Reservation of Rights

By submitting unsolicited materials, you acknowledge and agree that APELLC has no obligation, contractual or otherwise, to you. APELLC reserves the right to dispose of or disregard such materials without further notice or compensation. Nothing herein shall be construed as a waiver of any rights of APELLC to develop, fund, or produce projects that may be similar or identical to any unsolicited submissions.

We reserve all rights in relation to the above and disclaim any and all liability arising out of unsolicited submissions or misrepresentations regarding APELLC’s endorsement of unlisted projects.
